Tierra worked with WB and Microsoft to develop this app ahead of the much anticipated launch of  the Windows 8 platform in late May 2012.

Tierra’s team worked with WB designers to develop the app. And Microsoft featured it in the Windows 8 Store when the Release Preview version was publicly announced.

The app, which includes video clips and previews for all of The CW’s current programming and the Fall Release schedule, takes advantage of all the rich functionality available on the Windows 8 platform – including system standard sharing, search, and other features. The app was updated to include sponsor branding (as required) and ad-serving features for the video player in early 2013.
