AMC turned to Tierra to leverage our deep experience with websites and apps tailored for media/entertainment, press and publishing clients.
AMC wanted to maintain the overall look and feel of their current press site, but enlisted our help to update select design elements and provide new layouts that accommodate responsive break points.
Development work included:
> Building a new CMS tailored to meet the needs of AMC Networks’ fast-paced press departments
> Migrating AMC’s existing corporate and network press assets
> Deploying a secure authentication system
> Integrating Brightcove’s API’s to publish video on the site
> Updating templates to behave responsively for mobile phones
Tierra refined specific design elements, including billboards and global navigation so users can find press assets quickly and efficiently.
Journalists who have been granted access to the password-protected site can download individual photos or zip photos that they add to their cart.
The new CMS has dramatically improved the day-to-day publishing workflow of the corporate and network-level press teams.
The new site is now fully responsive for mobile phone display
