Tierra enabled these full-episode streaming video apps to be published from the core Tierra-built CMS that powers CWTV.com. Our work supported Phunware and Digitalsmiths as well as the WBTV Digital Media and CBS groups, who led this project.

Since launch, the apps have been downloaded over 1 million times and have driven significant growth in the network’s overall streaming video traffic. The apps were nominated for a 2013 Webby Award in the Entertainment (Tablet & Other Devices) category.
The advertiser-supported CW App streams full episodes of every primetime show on the network.
Users connect directly with fan pages to easily like and comment on posts.
The app features extended videos, previews for upcoming episodes, behind the scenes extras, and cast interviews.
